It's perfectly normal behaviour given the company she's keeping. Look at her, and the guys hanging off her hooting and hollering, and the guy in the video (nice neck tattoo bro that'll set you up well for your post-college white collar career)... Yeah wtf is up with younger people and their neck and face tattoos anymore. I grew up a grungy punker and knew plenty of people covered in tattoos before it was trendy. Even then the neck face and hands was the last places they got done. Now it's like the very first. My neighbors kids bf has like this giant bee with some honeycomb that covers like half his face and requires a sizeable chunk of his head to be shaved to see half of it.
