This reminds me of when I used to work at a bar, and over the course of a summer I saw the following interaction unfold with the same creepy butthole and four different women:

Dude walks in, looks around, and leaves without ordering anything. Later, an attractive woman walks in and sits down by herself. Dude comes back and this time, he sits two seats away from her at the bar. Eventually, they strike up a conversation, move to sit next to each other, and leave together. These women were way out of his league and we couldn't reckon what was happening, or why it always unfolded the exact same way.

What we summarily figure out he was doing: dude creates a fake dating profile with attractive male model pics, catfishes women way out of his league, tells them to meet at the bar, then messages them that he got a fair tire or something. This is why he wouldn't sit down at first; he needed to know where she was sitting and then sit near her. Then, when the woman is all dolled up and lonely and vulnerable, he pretends to be a random nice average-looking guy she met after some attractive jerk stood them up. Same vibe as the psycho in the video. People are sick.
