Literally get off the internet stop going to sites like this stop reading shit on social media that reinforces this shit learn some nuance and talk to people outside go find a decent therapist but most of all get offline more than once in a while
I spend about 4-5 hours off the internet when I am training, and I sleep for 11 hours per day. But when you have no social life there isn't much to do but go online.

I am biologically incapable of getting off unless carp is crying

yes but 11 is more likely to be something about your bad sleep quality than you just being a genetic outlier. Breathing problems at nights are also very common and worth checking out
I'll look into one of those sleep monitoring apps. Usually I sleep about 8 hours then just sleep for a few more until I feel like getting up. The last chunk of sleep is sort of like in between being asleep and awake, I like that feeling. I don't think I have sleep apnea or anything because I'm not fat.

the apps are useless
not being able to get out of bed for 3 hours is indicative of shit sleep quality. You should feel rested after the night
Even skinny people can have trouble apnea, it's just called a different name and is a bit more rare. Sleeping 11 hours definitely changes the likelyhood more than you being skinny
I could technically get up, it is just my bed is really warm and comfortable? I definitely could be affecting my sleep quality though because I am hitting dabs from the moment I wake up until the moment I go to bed.
8 hours of sleep is good for you, any more than 9 hours is depression (unless you're making up a sleep deficit).
I rise without an alarm and still only get like 6 hours of sleep half the time, if you have a normal schedule you'll tend to wake up around the same time every day even if you miss a bit of sleep.

Why am I having such a hard time then? I have not been diagnosed with any mental illnesses.

Why? It's because I don't rise with an alarm. Extra sleep is good for you.
