I've screwed up and I need help
So before I lose my mind and starting to feel helpless about my situation, I'm gonna to talk about it in reddit to see if I can get some free financial advice about my situation and what are the best ways to get out of it
So, I am a 26 Y/O M who has a secure job of 79k however I currently have a girlfriend 29 Y/O who is currently dependent of me financially.
I currently have around 40k worth of debt with 10 different lenders. This is because I tried to support my girlfriend in a time where she couldn't support herself and I've really done it now…
I've completed an excel sheet and all I need is 5k to remove 6 of the lenders and get back on track. My work has pre approved me for a 5k loan 0% interest however tomorrow they are going to review my application further for final signatures and to deposit the funds however I am extremely concerned that they will see the 6 creditors and decline the application, even when they promised no judgment when applying.
What should I do if my work says no? My girlfriend needs financial assistance and at this rate I don't think I can afford all repayments while she needs consistent help… I thought this was going to be short term but obviously not..
I do also have 3 jobs and I will provide you with the after tax figure
$2,190 per fortnight
$160 per week
Start next week (unknown pay or hours will be doing but was confirmed at least 10 hours)
Thank you for all your support and you can call me a flaming idiot because I know but I need help so I am asking for it before it's completely over 😮💨
Part of me screams
The replies are as you would expect, one gem.

For those who haven't deep dived the replies; OP's gf has a horse. This is utter madness

She has her own small business selling jewellery and homewares, she has her Car, afterpay, zippay, horse agistment, website costs, business insurance, 1 credit card and a business loan. It's a square loan so a percentage comes out when she gets a sale. Yes we live together and we've been together for 7 years

As stated, she has put the pressure on me due to her and her families belief of me being a man and requiring to support her. So because of this I didn't want to feel like a failure, if you want the real truth.

B-word, the horse is for me. I've always liked horses, don't need to ride or anything, just want a horse pal to chill with. I'd bring him oats and apples and things of that nature. You leave my horse alone.
I knew this horse who LOVED to drink used motor oil. If you were changing oil in a tractor and you turned around for literally like two seconds, he'd ambush your oil bucket, knock it over and start licking the ground frantically. He was a weird horse.
