I'm pretty sure that is a UK statistic. Also, "teen pregnancy fathered by an adult man" counts any mother 13-19 with any father 18+. A 19 year old mother and an 18 year old father counts as a "teen pregnancy fathered by an adult man".

I just found this in an Amerikkkan study from 1999

Adult males were fathers of 24.3% of babies born to mothers aged 11-12 years. The mean age of fathers was 22.7 years. Adult males were fathers of 26.8% of babies born to mothers aged 13-14 years
