This is exactly why I hate with a passion the trend of blaming specters like "misogyny"/"racism"/"wokeness"/"DEI" for all our problems. It just gives people a shield to say "that person on my 'team' is only a piece of shit because they've been infected by the evil force that's ruining the world"

Fr, it removes personal responsibility from the losers and assigns it to spciety in general. Like how recycling takes the blame for pollution away from the oil companies/plastic producers and puts it on the consoomer at large who cannot be held directly accountable.
