Can neurodivergent people give consent?

Imagine being an r-slur , no one wants to frick you obviously because you're an r-slur but you still have all the same instincts and urges. Then, by some miracle, you actually find someone who wants to frick you, but moral crusaders swoop in to peepee block you because you're too r-slurred to consent.

I mean it's true but also very grim that it means you can never legally have s*x, and it's for your own good. Normally that fate only befalls people who post on arr drama dot net
