made homemade mayo with egg yolk, vinegar, djon mustard, vegetable oil, and a lil garlic salt
Also made salmon and cous cous made way too much couscous and the salmon skin is a lil burnt but rest was good. I also set off the smoke alarm while cooking it so i took it off the stove and flipped it outside on yhe balcony. I used so much olive oil the slamon kept cooking

Its creamy and tangy cause i used djon mustard I also added in a lil garlic salt
