Normally im used to dry butt grilled oven chicken so making it on the stove and getting a juicy boy is freaking me out hope i dont die like its so juicy but not too pink so ?????
I also sautéed 4 mushrooms in the leftover pan oil and juice. Tossed em in some seasoning and chucked em on the pan after the chicek was done for a few minutes very soft and flavorful
What i am not showing is the bowl of unsuaced pasta i left to the side cause i forgor sauce

I can't stand light meat.
I refuse to eat anything cooked more than medium rare and even then I still slather it in A1 sauce. Meat is supposed to be juicy and soft! NOT hard and dry. It's meat, not drywall!
