Fricking gross. I had an improvised french lamb stew, it was amazing.

Diced lamb meat and onion fried lightly with olive oil, added garlic, a bit of tomato purée, diced potato, a lot of cheap port wine, boil for a bit, add beef broth, add a bit of cream that didn't make any difference (will skip next time), simmer for 20 minutes. Would've added rosemary but didn't have any.
