Starches frick up my stomach and make me feel bloated. I might have a slight gluten allergy but nothing like having IBS. Anyhow, just wanted to keep everyone in the loop. Cheers!
Edit: This means no beer but I'm allowing myself to drink tequila in small glasses served by a bartender.
Edit: "How can you be so starchless!" -

I eat vegetables a lot actually. I really do believe that I don't handle pastas and breads well.

Well what do you eat with the bread and pasta? Usually Americans eat pasta with excessively high oil content sauces, that maybe the source of your troubles.
Also how are you with rice? Its very starchy and I've never really met anyone who has trouble stomaching it. Or potatoes

Try plain rice and see if its really the starches or the fatty junk you put on the starches. Don't worry you wont get fat off plain rice or rice w soy sauce.
2b+ plus slim asians and indians live off the stuff
