UK curry might not have all the 'right' spices compared with the one you get in India but at least it doesn't have randomly smashed up chunks of bone scattered throughout it

Eating mutton curry in India is risking a bone shard going between your teeth and really unmaking your whole evening.

Plus the mutton is really really musky and that isn't a good thing.
