I seared the steak and put it on a dish in the oven till it hit medium temp. Threw in asparagus, pancetta, onions and mushrooms into the juices on the pan. Cooked some potatoes in an air fryer.

Protip for mushrooms, they absorb anything you add to them. I add mushrooms and dash some soy sauce onto them for stir fry and they get a really nice salty/savory combo.
For this I added a dash of worshestire sauce to it.
