I do this. 2-3 muffins a day for 900 calories. Whole milk for the yummies. Meat and protein powder to hit 150g of protein. Apples, bananas and spinach for snacks. 3 100% DV multivitamins to meet nutrition requirements.

Costs like $3 a day minus the meat which can technically be substituted for more protein powder or tuna. Scientists can’t debunk me.
