Is it actually good? You can't do that in the US, there's a statistic floating around that something like 25% of the factory farm chickens on the market have salmonella. (Govt official estimate is 4% but independent studies have said it's much higher than that). Eating raw chicken here is like playing russian roulette with your guts.

What, dude no that's the joke. And basically all live chickens carry salmonella, they kick up a shit load of dust that contains their own poo. The question is how tainted is the meat is, but the answer is not very. A lot of the concerns from chicken comes from a dispute with Bongs and the EU in 90s when they side stepped trade agreements to protect their domestic production and lied about the US and our practices.
