Today im eating indian butter chicken, or something resembling one anyway. However my limited by funds budget version of this dish may end up being an insult too the dramanational sexy Indian dude community, oh well. I'd attach a pic alas it is not ready yet, im still in the middle of making it and when waiting the idea for this thread popped up in my head.

asian food is some of the easiest too make imo and so versatile
for stir fry or noodle dishes once you learn how too put together a sauce you can mix and match basically whatever vegetables and protein you want and it will come out great

I suck at Asian food too, ManBearKong somehow always frick up the noodles. ManBearKong can cook any meat or fish perfectly by instinct, ManBearKong have a near perfect palate for spices, but frick up the easiest thing too cook. ManBearKong is like the Rain Man of cooking.

Some of my family came too visit on the weekend and ManBearKong grilled a 10lb+ beef tenderloin with chuck charcoal and hickory chips.
Biggest piece of meat

THE FUTURE IS FEMALE so BigiKong have been practicing getting good at breakfast foods. Because who the fricks gunna ‘face the wall’ the neighbor who knows how too cook some 🔥 griddle food?
Homemade sourdough made into french toast. Sourdough works really well too create french toast but BigiKong honestly prefer the puffier french toasts more. Don’t think I’ll make this again, not worth the sugar too me. BigiKong used Josh Weissman’s recipe but added more egg onto the slices while searing, BigiKong like that egg running off that sloppy hoe in every direction.
