for egg and cheese i generally choose bacon but sausage is an acceptable choice too

my favorite is to toast a bagel in the leftover bacon fat and use that as the bun, drizzled with a touch of maple syrup

it's :marseychonker2: as heck so i don't eat it often but darn it's one of the best breakfasts ever
