Now that it's almost April, I have to try to pretend it's not winter anymore, which means running the smoker when the wind is almost 25mph outside, resulting in completely unpredictable cooking temperatures.
I didn't make anything this time. I was eating by myself and just stood in the kitchen stuffing ribs into my face like a caveman. Usually though, I like light sides with barbecue. I'll normally make a pickled cucumber salad with red onions and bell peppers or something along those lines.
