i'm excited to try to make it when i'm back home! i'm at my sauce autist friend's house and she has 6 spices in the cupboard.... 5 of which i brought with me lol. i notice in that picture you posted, the sliced meat has that sort of pebbled look that other azn dishes like bulgogi has where it's suuuuuper tender, almost like it's already been chewed... never been able to get it right at home :marseyitsover: tbh maybe my cuts of meat are just too tough for something that isn't slow cooked long enough to break down the collagen tho

I had “spaghetti” in Havana and it was spaghetti noodles drenched in oil, then topped with fricking saw dust “cheese.” By far the worst cuisine of any country I’ve been to. I’ve gotten diarrhea in Dhaka and I’d rather deal with that.
