bro the meat is grayish light brown. it looks like someone blended a whole camel

That's just because it was blended I think, which would be my main objection to it cus I prefer grainier textures for burgers

But if I'm making kofte or something similar, the raw meat just ends up looking a bit gross color-wise because of the spices getting mixed in. :marseyshrug:
