Weekend breakfast Pt 2

Blueberries, pepperjack cheese, smoked salmon in an avocado spread w/ cream cheese and sriacha. Bacon cooked in a soy sauce/ground mustard marinade. Sunnyside up eggs with black pepper.

I’ve done the Dukan diet twice before which is essentially keto with a little less fat (low fat dairy and meat only). It’s really effective for turning down your hunger. Highly recommend smoked salmon with ricotta and dill topping 👌

That’s probably what I’ll transition to. I’m not too interested in keto itself but I’m trying to get out of high-carb habits. The smoked salmon this morning is incredible. During the week I usually just do berries in Greek yogurt with some pecans mixed in, so I wanted to splurge a bit over the weekend.
