I tried to recreate it earlier for dinner except I used leftover carne asada and I didn't have Jalapeno's. Turned out good but the airfryer setting needs to be quite low to prevent burning. I used 350 for about 9 minutes but the cheese had a crispy top. Mexican Pre shredded cheese is always a b-word so I'll try 350 for 5 minutes and that should work
