Stack exchange tism fight over whether you can dry out rice in a low temp air fryer

I don't get why you wouldn't just try it instead of posting on Stack Overflow. I doubt the guy is poor enough that he can't afford to ruin a cup of rice or whatever. Failed kitchen experiments are the best way to learn, especially with an air fryer.

Edit: Plus frick the SO responses (as usual). It will probably work fine, oh no, my starch retrogradation, jesus christ shut the frick up.

This can't be SO because none of the answers spend 3 paragraphs explaining the Mailliard reaction.
