I got a nice cut of Swordfish for $10 a pound, and am looking for suggestions on what goes best with it. I see a bunch of recipes use lime or lemon, but I'm not a hige fan of citrus, any ideas?

When in doubt and when you don't want to mess up a nice meat, keep the seasoning as simple as possible you can always add seasoning but you can't take it away. Simplest thing is just a dusting of salt and pepper to taste with oil depending on how you are cooking it. Never done swordfish but apparently rosemary goes well with it, especially if it's fresh.
Lemon goes well with most seafood but you can leave it out and just squeeze a drop on an individual bite after serving instead marinating the whole thing

Thanks! I have fresh rosemary, so I'm going to use that and some salt.
