Couple cups of rice

Large peach, chopped

1/2 cup minced cilantro

Tablespoon coriander

Tablespoon ginger powder

Teaspoon cardamom

Garnish with a little more fresh cilantro

For the shrimp

Toast some unsweetened coconut in a pan, go slow it burns easy and even a little burn will make the whole pan full taste like shit mix in with a little more than equal amount panko.

1 bowl with some flour with salt and pepper

1 bowl with a couple beaten eggs and 3/4 cup milk

Bowl of coconut and breadcrumbs

Peel and butterfly a buttload of shrimp

Go flour > egg wash > breadcrumbs, keep ahold of the tail when you flour them and again with the breadcrumbs.

Plop them down on parchment butterflied side down.

Bake at 400

You can bread a shitload at once and freeze them.
