Felt like a fat piece of shit today so I gave it a try. I fried up the bacon and then fried the dogs (Hebrew National 
, cut in half of course to fry them properly) and some onions in the bacon fat. I put everything in a toasted bun with a Kraft single, pickles, and a small amount of ketchup.
It was kind of high effort for hot dogs (I rarely eat them normally and when I do I literally just microwave them and eat them on white bread) and I was expecting them to be better but they were kind of mid. At the end of the day they're still just hot dogs. I do not recommend it.
