You're going to have a hard job persuading me you're not just eating a block of supermarket cheddar with tomato ketchup ("flavored with Italian Herbs") with a jar of pickles on the side. I bet you don't even use a fork.

Ketchup? Sounds disgusting. Herbs as in oregano etc.

Of course I don't use a fork, it's on bread/crackers.

Rice cooked in coconut milk with soysauce and an egg.

"Strammer Max", though my variant is bread, salami, Camembert, tomatoes & egg.

"Mettbrötchen" bun with raw (seasoned) pork meat and onions.

Generally anything that is a good bread and some tasty cold cut or pickle (even naan bread and a chili pickle, or Greek flatbread with tzatziki).
