I'm waiting for my takeout order and their phone keeps ringing non-stop for orders and reservations and they have the most staff I've seen for an eatery that operates under a public housing building (cheap rents)
Even for takeouts there's a nonstop stream of people
And it's only 440pm

Yes! It's probably common in Hong Kong and Taiwan as both street and restaurant food

Recently I found a salted duck place that's so nice that my extended family requested me to buy it for a couple of weeks in a row 
Like there's only a handful of places that still cook it that way and they do it really well
