u can make a super good pancake out of a few eggs, cottage cheese and just a small amount of oats. put 2 eggs, 150g cottage cheese + 25g oats into a blender, blend well, let it sit for half an hour (or overnight) and you have ez pancakes that are also like 3/4s cottage cheese

add some blueberries + strawberries and a little sugar-free syrup and you're living the thin life

You know I agree with this sentiment but society didn't have to tell me, I came to that conclusion on my own.

In fact I dont think the topic ever came up to where I would even have to argue one way or the other, people simply just dont eat cottage cheese at breakfast.

Then again my dad used to load up his cottage cheese w black pepper then put it in his salads which I always found odd
