pizza doesn't have to be insanely unhealthy. make your own once every couple weeks and treat yoself
my grilled cheeses are probably much less healthy because i use multiple kinds of cheese and mayo on the outside of the bread instead of butter

you don't have to be a good cook. it's easy.
1. use any flatbread recipe, i tried that half yogurt half flour recipe that went viral recently but it kind of sucks. making dough and breads is so so easy tho if you can't do it there's no hope for you. this one looks good to me
2. sauce is can of tomato paste, can of crushed or purรฉed tomatoes, cooked onion and garlic, salt, oregano, and thyme. i like adding red pepper flakes. some add sugar
3. put whatever you want on it. i like whole basil leaves, artichoke hearts, chunks of goat cheese
4. i like to cook mine on the grill. figure it out
