Go to Casey's on 4th ave, I'm from chicago and they have the best Italian beef. For deep dish, if you like it, skip the big names and go to Giudice's. It's on the south side so a little seedy but worth the trip. Since you seem to want reservations I'd also recommend , eclectic Asian fusion place.

Cafe El Tapatio in Roscoe Village is really good Mexican. Athenian Room is great for like $10-$15 a plate Greek food. It's connected to the bar Glascotts, which you can go get booze and bring back to your table, or sit in the bar and order from the restaurant. Longman and Eagle in Logan Square is also really good.
Tbh, just look at Google reviews wherever you are. One thing we do right here is food, so you're generally in good hands going to any restaurant that manages to stay open because it's so competitive

There's always a huge line for high five ramen but it's literally downstairs from green street smoked meats so that's a safe bet.
Au Cheval is my favorite burger in the country but you'll have to wait a few hours unless you go during weird hours.
You can make a reservation at the Loyalist. Food is good drinks are good, and good vibes for a date spot.

Ricobene's pizza is amazing. Their steak sandwich is also phenomenal, but will more likely than not give you a heart attack.
