I risked severe intestinal distress when I found 2 lobster tails marked down on clearance at walmart for $2. The gamble paid off and they were delicious.

I added too many veggies :marseybeandizzy: It was good but ended up tasting like a "red pepper soup with lobster". :marseysigh: Live and learn I guess.

I followed recipe nearly exactly and I think I just had too many onions or carrots. I subbed the celery for green bell pepper cause my guest was allergic to celery- maybe that was it? It was only a single pepper though :marseyhmm:

It was still worth making though, I learned about cooking lobster and it really isnt as challenging as it seems. :marseychef:
