Japanese curry is extremely and most nips just use premade packets/bouillon to make their sauce. Weeaboos obsessing over their food is embarrassing, since WW2 at latest the average citizen there just works in a cubicle 20 hours a day before eating prepackaged slop. It's no wonder their 7/11s have better options since almost none of them prepare food at home.
They breed good cows and figured out a nicer breadcrumb, everything else of note is just stolen from countries with actual culture like China (or India in this case).
Lol, what's got you butthurt? Yes, the average homemaker Japenese wife is using bullion cubes, same as people making curry in the West. Japanese restaurant curry is made 100% in house and in no way shape or form the same as Indian curry, it's better. Indian curry is slop filled with Ganges bacteria. Yes, China invented Ramen but Japan took it to it's highest level. Besides China is nasty and full of gutter oil restaurants.
That's sounds better. And yeah, the day of the seething Frenchoid has come it seems. They chopped the curry category, and all the ramen restaurants that had 1 star before were bumped down to the Bib Gourmand level at once. I guess the thought that a restaurant that didn't cost 100 dollars for a meal could get a star made all the French bigwigs seethe.
They bumped them all down or a few? We had a few one starred hawker/street food places in the past but I think the stress of having to maintain it wasn't worth it so we've only one left I think
A bib gourmand's still pretty prestigious here in Singapore and the stalls always almost have long queues

Indian curry > Japanese curry
Ramen is definitely what Japs do best. Sushi even Koreans outdo them.

If you think Japanese curry > Indian curry, I bet you think salt is seasoning too.
