Why are you using toast shouldn't that be English muffins?
I don't like English muffins but that's not regular white bread that's Mancini's bread. It's a local fresh bread that's made with wholesome 100 basic ingredients and is extremely hearty.
What did you frickup this time?
I tried a different technique with the poached eggs for the first go around with using barely boiling water and setting the timer for 4min. It sucks.
I like a harsher boil for 3min. Only did it for the first egg which was indeed sucky.
It also seems like my eggs scrambled slightly but it happened so early I'm really not sure what fricked up
Poaching eggs is kind of weird until you get a feel for it, then it gets pretty easy. When I was trying to get the hang of it, I just wasted a bunch of eggs until they started to come out right. You can't really time it, it's more like you move them around with a spatula after a couple minutes and they'll just "feel" more solid when they're ready.
Also, ehy do you neglect yourself and not male sides? its not hard to microwave a baked potatoe or fry some cherry tomatoes/button mishrooms in a pan. Also why do you use salt and pepper. Im glad thatbupur trying. At least it doesnt look burnt or unhealthy. butt until ypu dress it up

Salt wise it has plenty in the Canadian bacon and salted butter in the hollandaise, but I did add fresh ground white pepper to the hollandaise plus fresh ground black pepper when I wasn't holding my phone to record.

I made them around 11:30pm or so.
I usually don't begin eating til afternoon (just coffee before then) and then I'll have dinner around six.
If I'm up past 10pm I tend to make some sort of late night meal.
In this case it's the weekend so I plan to sleep til 11am and be generally lazy tomorrow.
