It's def cumin heavy, super meaty and the cheese is a very fresh cheddar. Theres similarities to regular chili for sure, but there's something about the more "saucy" texture and heavy cumin that makes it a very unique chili.
The dog was the perfect size for chowing down while being very messy.
Funny enough I think less is more on the spaght, I'd stick with just onions (if you're an onions guy) and skip the beans -the sauces flavor gets dulled a bit by the beans.
