I grilled a NY strip steak that I let sit unwrapped in the fridge for like a day - @Aisha kept adding salt and spices randomly.
Turned out perfectly 
Wrapped up some lemon/rosemary potatoes and threw it with some premade arugula/shrimp salad and a corn.
