Best Type of apple?

It's harvest season and I've been enjoying apple cider, apple brandy and fresh apples :marseylickinglips:

My family insists on Northern Spy for baking and for eating I kind of enjoy Honeycrisp.

Cosmic crisp and Sweet Tango are pretty good. Envy and honeycrisp are great too.
