I was a professional chef before I had kids, I don't really use recipes.
For the squash I cubed and baked it with a bit of water covered with foil. Reserved a handful and threw the rest in a pot with the water, some cream, a little mace, nutmeg and a just a touch of cayenne.
The rice is brown rice, coriander, a little garlic, onion powder, paprika and a small squirt of honey all in rice cooker.
Then folded in a diced tomato, a handful of Spinach, walnuts, the remaining Squash, and not too crispy bacon.

Where's this recipe from? I wouldn't have thought to mix together bacon and tomatoes with a squash puree.
