I noticed on days where I've had a lot of fiber, that my poop is rock hard and if I hold it in for a few days, I have a big log just chilling in my butt. It feels really good when the big poop log presses up against my prostate so I like to frick myself with it by pushing it out and sucking it back in (over the tub) and I've gotten so good at it that I can c*m hands-free.
Only problem is, that as I'm cumming and having epic poopygasms, my butt convulsions mush up the poop, which totally ruins my fibrous poop dildo. Should I just let the poop fall out of my butt and put it back in for later, or is there a way to not mush the poop or pinch my loaf????
Any tips and tricks would be much appreciated

I thought fiber made poop firm

The opposite. It causes shit to pass faster and retain more water content.

Ur actually right, I don't know what this r-slur is talking about. Fiber makes ur shit harder as an opposite effect of carbs which make it softer. There are cases of people drinking only fiber and becoming deadly constipated.

Because psyllium husk sludge turns into non-newtonian fluid and clogs the colon.

No r-slur it absorbs the water into one single solid block which makes it firmer and therefore allows to pass through instead of as watery mess. Now drink too much of it and the shit becomes so firm it cant pass through, it's the fecal matter which couldn't pass through, not the psyllium husk sludge.

That's the same one I had pulled up lmao, he literally explains in the video how it makes it firmer by absorbing the water 😂😂😂

Did the video describe this?
It did, and I'm correct.

And yet It also described absorbing water to make it a solid block
Let's just say we're both right.

Oooh Oooh! A non-Newtonian fluid is when the viscosity doesn't increase linearly as velocity (or was it stress?) increases! Like ketchup, toothpaste, or a corn starch/water mixer

Also dietary fiber is mostly carbs it's just humans can't digest them. Sit down r-slur.

Yes, I know it's carbs but it's function is to counter-balancr simple carbs. This is pretty basic biology man. It's like saying starch and sugar are the same thing.

Hmmm I know there's soluble and insoluble fiber but I didn't know which one was more well-known

Cellulose is definitely the most known source of fiber, maybe not in NA because you freaks have those psyllium husk supplements.

What's wrong with that

It's a very American way of "fixing" a health problem - deal with the symptom (constipation) while ignoring root cause (atrocious diet).

I get that. I've done a fair amount of research into supplements and I always come out the other side realizing that I should consume it in it's naturally occurring form since most supplements don't really help with the absorption process

If you need to take supplements to avoid micro deficiencies you're NGMI (I'm in this group but it's not my diet god darnit )

It does, but it also makes it not firm if you ingest too much soluble fiber as your poop absorbs a lot of water
