I'd say the op of this tweet is the one who's actually delusional and out of touch. He hasn't considered anything other than Brayden/Kayleigh's tiktok addled experience. That statement he's replying to is just true for the vast majority of gay dudes in the world. For a lot I'd say it doesn't start until their 30-40s when they have enough money and privacy to really "stay discreet" i. e. not get killed.
