That's a systemic porn problem with most porn now. Onlyfans really empowered the good looking ones to be self-employed.
Mind you if I could find a half decent actor that wouldn't take me out of the porn scene that would be great. I know the point is to get to the boning, but make these dudes take a course at the learning annex or something before sticking them in front of a camera.
