@Red_Shill ran out of body wash this morning, ruining @Red_Shill's grooming experience. It was a bit traumatizing, but, don’t worry; @Red_Shill keep a nice luxurious bar soap on supply in @Red_Shill's bathroom cupboard for just such an occasion. Still, it was unpleasant. Which body wash is best?

@Bussy-boy use these soap bars actually:
They're called "Soap," and this is the brand I've found in @Bussy-boy's travels:
@Bussy-boy really like them. @Bussy-boy put one in @Bussy-boy's suitcase and one in @Bussy-boy's backpack at all times.
I've started too feel like a walking billboard for them. I've given quite a few too friends.
I've heard mixed reviews from the friends I've gifted them to.

Not really. It all started because @Bussy-boy hate the environment. @Bussy-boy don't know why people don't use them already.
They're cheap. You can get them individually packaged on Amazon. @Bussy-boy just found one in a store.
They last forever.
They take up less space than other soaps.
They can also double as a scrubber.
They come in all different sizes.
There are a lot of varieties.

Irish Spring and Zest originals are good cuz they get rid of mangrease really well. I don't like the aloe versions cuz they don't leave me feeling squeaky clean.

I use the cheapest soap bar I can find whenever I go as I genuinely could not care less about grooming more than the bare minimum and also because I'm poor.

Why? Smelling good is based. No matter how you look the best thing that can happen is that you end up in line with someone and they’re relieved that you actually don’t smell like shit. Trans lives matter

I mean I still don't smell like shit I just also don't smell great. I'll probably get better products at some point, but, as it stands, I have bars that are 5 dollars for 3 and I don't even use conditioner and just use 2 dollar shampoo for my hair.

Why don’t you try getting something nice and lathery on the cheap? I’m telling you nothing compares too sudsing up big time and scrubbing down and it’s noticeable. Rubbing you're self with soap works for a few days but it adds up. Hair doesn’t matter that much tbh. Trans lives matter

My skin gets all dry and flaky and shit if I use body wash. I just use soap on the important bits, and otherwise a scrubby thing to get rid of dead skin.

Whatever is cheapest and comes in a pack of 10 or 12 so I don't have to buy more for a long time.
Ivory and Irish Spring are usually pretty inexpensive. Don't use Dove, even if it's on sale. It feels nice but leaves a film behind.

Probably the lotion in it. @Red_Shill prefer too be able too get a nice lather going with a wash and @Red_Shill's loofah cloth, which bar soap makes difficult trans lives matter

You can get a nice lather going with bar soap when it's not filled to the brim with lotion and other chemical garbage. I used to do that too before I realized it was fricking with my skin.
Rub the soap bar aggressively on your damp loofah until you can see the soap particles on it. Put the soapy loofah slightly in the shower spray, then rub-and-squeeze gently until it suds up. Wash. repeat as needed.
I don't recommend soap or body wash for your whole body, but if you feel like you really need it, that's the method. The loofah is your tool to help create the suds.

I'm using their "Naval Diplomacy" one now and I really enjoy it. Their other scents are pretty good too. I've used the brand's bar soap in the past and it actually lasted way longer than I thought it would.

Shut the frick up. Chances are you will never have to face issues related to abuse or racism (assuming you're white) and because of that it will always be something you can “joke” about, because it will never seriously affect you. Maybe if you actually knew what it felt like to be secondary or othered because of your race, or if you were traumatized from domestic violence or knew someone who was, you'd know why this makes the people actually affected by that uncomfortable. This meme could trigger flashbacks and other trauma for an abuse victim and ruin their entire day, possibly their entire fricking week or even more, and they'd have to deal with that because some edgelord thought it would be a funny meme format.
