Are you tired :marseygood: of covering yourself :marseycyanide: in lime, lead, and other garbage :marseyoscar: in your 40 year-old pipes :marseylueshi: every time you shower?

Then install a shower :marseybath: filter, found :marseymimic: at your local hardware store. The filter media :marseyjourno: is good for 6 months and cost about $10 for replacement cartridges. Simply unscrew your shower :marseybath: head lefty-loosey, cover the threads with some Teflon tape to prevent seizing :marseyseizure: and leaks, screw :marseycartman: on the filter housing, and attach your shower :marseybath: head to the filter assembly. Enjoy bathing in clean, filtered water.

I have a whole house water softener and the water here is pretty clean, but up in the PNW I had one of these and it worked great. 100% recommend.

Lime used to be a weekly battle :marseywhiteflag: for me, pink/orange everywhere after 6-10 days. I try to bleach :marseyhatecrime: twice a month but I neglected for a bit more than three :marseyexeggcutor: weeks :marseyschizosal: once and my shower :marseybath: still looked immaculate. These filters are definitely one of those eureka products where :marseydrama: you feel like you discovered a lifehack.

My shower spreads beautiful high iron water all across the lands, providing me with the biweekly opportunity to cleanse the Serratia Biofilm that it feeds.
