Devastated to hear it is Wes Johnson, legitimately one of the best talents Bethesda found throughout the years. Voiced all the Orcs and Bretons in Morrowind (including the census officer asking you class questions during character creation), all the Imperials in Oblivion, which by extent meant all the guards as well, Lucien Lachance and became the new voice of Sheogorath during the Shivering Isles DLC, taking the job from Craig Sessler. Later games would use him sporadically and often times as a joke, such as the Musk-esque entrepreneur Ron Hope in Starfield. He also playtested the games (yes, Bethesda actually playtests their stuff!) back when the studio was small and every bit of help counted. Hoping he recovers from this.
