If you like antique roadshow you might like storage wars? I was forced to watch it for a few months and despite it being a heavily scripted reality show it did serve it's purpose.
Here in Germany we have to shows like Antiques Roadshows. "Kunst und Krempel" is the more fitting one and usually heavy antiques with tons of experts. And a cheaper / less intellectual one "Bares für Rares", where people come with random smaller stuff (though occasionally they do have expensive shit as well) and some guys bid on the stuff at the end if the owner wants to sell. According to wikipedia "the bidding room" is something similar from the UK.
