My two favourite villains are Gul Dukat from Star Trek: Deep Space 9, and Scorpius from Farscape.
Both are complex, layered characters, who have deep and understandable motivations.

Should I watch Farscape? I tried the pilot 10 years ago but failed to finish because the 2000s feels were too much. Is it kino?

I'm not gonna lie, Farscape can be dated at times due to all the pop-culture references.
Its first season is pretty shaky at the start, but it gets really good in the second half. Be aware the last five episodes of that season share a single storyline, which is a must-watch.
Season two is where the show really comes into its own, and season three is, in my opinion, some of the best science fiction television ever made.
You should definately give it another go.
