Agree the Empire part had legs, I just gave up after Season 1 since the remaining 2/3 of the show was complete trash. I still reckon Phara was written by the king of all soys.
I'm always amazed how few people know about G*mergate. It's not only the key to understanding so many violent harassment campaigns going on today, it's lots of the same people angry about the same stuff using the same playbook.

This is on my watchlist. The middling reviews weren't encouraging, so I figured I'd wait until after the season is done and binge it.
Apple shows look awesome, have great story concepts and good talent on paper, but the end product often falls short of greatness.

I gave up on reviews a long time ago and just trust my instincts after about 15 minutes.

Reviews usually just classify things on what's 'good' rather than what's good anyway

Look at what reviews said about True Detective s4. This has been a fun show so far. I am Asimov fan that enjoyed Foundation remake.

The Foundation remake's writing was an r-slured mess. If you liked that you'll enjoy just about any of the slop that's on TV?

That's good if you can manage it, I decided not to watch 9 hours of crap just to get to the meat.
