The Simpsons gave us "Sneed's Feed & Seed (Formerly Chuck's)" which probably the most subtle and the smartest joke in the history of comedy, while Family Guy gave us Peter hurting his knee, which is the era-defining postmodern classic.
It's impossible to decide which one of the shows had the bigger impact.
For those of you that don't understand the joke. The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Frick and Suck".

It's a pun. The former name of "Chuck's" hints that he "chucked" the business away by handing it off to Sneed.
