It's unlikely Lincoln considered that plan was feasible, at least on a way which would cover the entire basketball American population, that's chud cope. Also, the radical republicans of his time were already talking about universal male suffrage, so Obama being President wouldn't shock him as much as a female VP running for President, or seeing so many foids in Congress and the judiciary.
