Never seen it, and people that worship podcasters (red scare and nick mullen specifically) think it's amazing so I think I'm fine continuing to not watch it :marseynice:

My girlfriend and I had a month or so when we first moved in together where we would just cook dinner every night, watch Sopranos, and I would drink about 4-6 beers and she would rip some gas station delta 8 vape. The kind of time where you look back and you're like "wow we were fricking losers" but also miss every single day.

Nothing wrong with enjoying simple times with another person. Crushing beers and smoking vapes probably not the best idea but overall fine if it only was a month. My version of this was grilling burgers :marseygrilling2:and other stuff while splitting a case of beer with two friends, then playing cards/darts/games almost every weekend one summer. Good times :marseyboomer:

God I miss drinking that much. Not wanting to kill myself when I wake up, the lack of chronic fatigue, and not pooping my bowels out daily only barely ekes above the serenity of a sixer and rewatching a two-decade-old show. Two on a Friday night just doesn't cut it. Maybe in heaven I'll be free to act as degenerate as I please without also breaking the potty :marseycry: :marseydepressed:

It was really good and should be one of those ones I watch over and over again, but for some reason every time I try to watch it again I'm just meh about it.

Like The Wire, it was amazing and I feel there's a lot I could gain by watching it again but I just can't get motivated.

Just do it. I watch the wire at least once a year probably. It's amazing every time. The sopranos is probably even better than you remember it after the last decade of pc garbage

The Wire did not age well.

It feels like every episode told the exact same story.

I suppose that's realistic- I mean, real life is just the same thing every day, and dramatic events are few and far between- but still, I feel like Hamsterdam and the fake serial killer thing were the only interesting things that ever happened.

It's still a great show. I liked the second season; it actually showed how drugs get into the country. Everyone thinks it's all about Mexican cartels and the southern border, but it's more intricate than that. I still feel bad for Ziggy even though a) he's a fictional character and b) he deserves what he got.

You're gonna need to go home after this one. Certainly laughed though! Had a great time! You gotta go though, they don't allow this kinda shit here. To be honest it's kinda fricked up in a way too. Anyway, just get better. Spend some time reflecting, but most certainly get this Tom Foolery out of here.
